We need to establish our business relationship before we can handle your data. At this stage, we’ll iron out your pricing based on your integration strategy and plans for deployment. We’ll share a cloud service agreement (CSA) to make service and support responsibilities clear and get a business associate agreement (BAA) in place, too.
This is where the fun begins. When you have a specific project in mind, our team will take you through the discovery process to answer site-specific questions and finalize the integration
project plan to get you to kick off.
After the project has been identified and sufficiently scoped, all that's left is to execute on the plan. Our Customer Success team will work closely with all involved parties to drive the project to completion.
