SXSW is one of our favorite places to be. Between connecting with people heavily embedded in the innovation scene, checking out the newest and coolest technologies, and hitting every taco stand/shop/truck in Austin, there’s never any shortage of things to do and people to meet.
But SXSW is also part of Redox’s early beginnings, and continues to be an anchor part of our culture.
- Last year, we won an iPad (which we promptly slapped a R^ sticker on) from one of our favorite accelerators.
- This year, we’re pitching at SXSW Accelerator Pitch Competition and MIT’s #HackMed Pitch Competition. It’s an honor to share the stage with great companies like Cohero Health, BrainCheck, The Right Place, and Breath Diagnostic
- Last year, we were living off a seed round and proving a model.
- This year, we’ve raised a series A and we’re live with big health systems, including sites running Epic, Cerner and eClinicalWorks. We’ve proven that i14y is not just a problem for start-ups, but is a challenge that big companies like Salesforce are willing to partner on.
- Last year, our beloved mascot, Candi the integration bear, had her inaugural showing.
- This year, Candi’s voice for #i14yNow is as strong as ever.
Over the next five days—from Friday, March 11th until Tuesday, March 14th – we’ll be participating in two pitch competitions and attending a hodge-podge of parties, networking events and happy hours. And that’s not all —we’ll be available at our booth throughout the MedTech Expo on Saturday and Sunday. Make sure you stop by and say hello to Candi!
