The Media data model enables document sharing within a patient’s chart, particularly the sharing of PDFs or JPGs. Redox can post, replace, or delete documents according to each application’s needs. This model is based on transcriptions and allows the application to CC certain people to review the posting. Very important to note is that this model is one directional and is associated with either the patient record or a specific visit or hospital admission.
