What would be the ideal time to bring Redox into an integration project?

The best time to engage Redox in an integration project is as soon as your digital health company has identified your healthcare organization partner(s). Your Redox Customer Success Manager or Redox Account Manager will work with you on next steps and allocate resources from the Redox team. Redox designs a scope of work for the integration project and provides a written overview of the work involved from both the healthcare IT staff and the digital health company’s development team to facilitate the connection.

If a health system is already on the Redox Network, how does that benefit a digital health company’s integration project?

Being part of the Redox Network means that Redox has established reusable infrastructure that reduces the time from kickoff to go-live for future integration projects by 30-50%.

When a healthcare organization is on the Redox Network, it means that Redox has integrated and maintains a live connection with at least one of that organization’s EHR or other source systems, along with any number of Redox data models. Any digital health company or healthcare organization that integrates with Redox will see a dramatic increase in speed to integrate with their partners on the Redox Network.

What services does Redox provide as part of support and maintenance?

Redox provides 24/7 monitoring of all traffic through our platform including heartbeat monitoring of all VPNs.
