Feature Release: Debug mode now available within Redox Logs

Today we’re releasing an update to the Logs page that allows users to view request-level details for all requests that they receive to aid in technical troubleshooting and testing, and improve transparency of requests made by the Redox system.

A Log represents a unique data payload that is transacted via Redox. In some cases, due to automatic or manually triggered retries, Redox may need to resend a request to ensure successful delivery. Each request for the same Log is called an “attempt”. With this latest update to the Logs page, users can toggle back and forth between seeing all Logs, which by default represent the latest attempt, and “Debug Mode”, which shows all attempts made across or within a specific Log.

Within an attempt, there will also be a “View Full Log” link that will allow you to easily toggle back to view the related Log entry. Attempts can only be searched via Log ID or Attempt ID.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know via the green feedback tab on the right-hand side of the Logs page.
