We started doing this show back in November 2019, back before the world changed. Then, in March, we got the pandemic that really made everything we were talking about up until that point moot. On today’s show, we’re going to dive into some of those changes.

I invited our early guests on the podcast to make a quick video answering the question: What will be the lasting impact of the pandemic on healthcare technology? We’ll hear from Dr. Bill Hansen, CMIO of UPenn, Jonathan Bush, Executive Chairman of Firefly and founder of athenahealth, Stephanie Tilenius CEO of Vida, Aaron Patzer CEO of Vital, and many more. There are certainly themes that carry throughout, but there are also different messages that are worth discussing and delving deeper into.

So, to help with that delving, I’ve invited an old friend of mine, Terrence Hibbert to hang out with me and talk through some of these predictions. Terrence was most recently the Director of Innovation at University of Mississippi Medical Center. Prior to that, he was the director of IT Solution strategy at UMC.

We’re posting this special episode of the Redox podcast to commemorate our very first Redox Quarterly where CEO Luke and other Redoxers share the ways in which we’re putting the needs of our customers first through:

This podcast features one of those segments.
