Get Pixel provides a unique and personal approach to your care. We have a dedicated and highly experienced staff available to assist you and your individualized treatment plan. We are available to you throughout your journey, from filling your prescriptions, state of the art compounding capabilities, securing efficient delivery, providing education on the proper use of the medication and guidance. Our primary focus is to provide continued support until you achieve your ultimate goal.
WHEN YOU CALL: Each time you call, you will speak directly to one of our highly trained pharmacists, nurses, or patient care coordinators. They will have knowledge about fertility care and will be fully able to assist you. Your call will always be answered by a team member, never by a machine. The person you speak to will be able to address any number of concerns including, but not limited to, a current order or future order, insurance concerns or ways to control costs. A pharmacist is always available to discuss side effects or clinical questions. All orders are reviewed by our prior authorization insurance team. Even in cases where “fertility drugs” are not covered, frequently we find coverage for the ancillary products. All orders will be reviewed by at least two pharmacists prior to release for shipping. Orders will be shipped and tracked via FedEx. We always welcome you to visit our location to meet with one of our pharmacists or nurses.
