Alaska CASA
Overview
Alaska CASA is a program of the State of Alaska Office of Public Advocacy (OPA) child advocacy unit. Alaska CASA is a network of local programs around the state. The state office provides training, support, technical assistance and training to local programs. The state office is located in Anchorage. OPA operates five local CASA programs, located in Anchorage, Bethel, Fairbanks, Juneau, and the Mat-Su Valley. A sixth program, Kenai Peninsula CASA, is a partnership between the Kenaitze Indian Tribe and OPA. Alaska CASA and each local programs are all members of the National CASA Association.
