Long-term care, skilled nursing facilities and rehab centers

Long-term care centers, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers (rehab centers) are important healthcare providers that offer a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals with different healthcare requirements. Long-term care centers offer ongoing assistance and support with daily activities for individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities. Skilled nursing facilities provide more intensive medical care compared to long-term care centers, employing a team of nurses and medical professionals who offer round-the-clock care. These facilities cater to individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital or require assistance in recovering from an injury or surgery. Rehabilitation centers specialize in delivering therapy services to help individuals regain their physical, cognitive, and functional abilities. By working together, these centers can provide a continuum of care that helps people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
