Overview

At Midlands Living Center we are following all the CDC recommendations to protect our residents and community members. The following has been in effect for the last two weeks and will continue until we are directed on new procedures. Please check our website for all future updates. All resident and community member laundry will be done in our facility by our staff. Visitors are restricted at this time. We have several iPads available to all to use for Facetime and Skype sessions. Midlands Living Center is a locally owned 100-bed skilled nursing facility, located on the north edge of Council Bluffs. We provide both short- and long-term care, specialized nursing care, rehabilitation, respite care, and hospice.We strive to meet the physical, social, emotional, recreational, and spiritual needs of all residents. From onsite therapy services to exciting activity programs, we have much to offer you and your loved ones. We are proud to be one of the few nursing centers in Council Bluffs that is locally owned and operated, not run by an out-of-town corporation. Our local roots keep our time, energy, and money in the community and help us to deliver high quality care with a true personal touch. Midlands Living Center provides skilled nursing care, specializing in rehabilitative and restorative services. Our 95 employees include caregivers, certified nursing assistants, registered dietitians, and a medical director. We also work closely with a range of specialists, including optometrists, podiatrists, and physicians, and the best physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals in the area.
