Overview

Since 1986, Pacific Care Center has served families with a tradition of excellence. Located in the community of Pacific, Missouri, Pacific Care Center is locally owned, grounded in faith, and dedicated to serving all individuals in our care with dignity and respect. Pacific Care Center offers Skilled Resident Care, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living that is second to none at a reasonable cost. We’re licensed and routinely evaluated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. These visits are unannounced, and every aspect of resident care is reviewed. We maintain rigorous standards and expectations for our employees with regard to resident care. In January 2016, we received 3 Customer Experience Awards for meeting or exceeding our residents’ needs during the previous 12-month period. Our nurses must meet standards set by the Missouri Board of Nursing, and are dedicated to not only meeting, but exceeding those standards. Our charge nurses supervise a staff of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who also are dedicated to serving our residents with the excellence and respect they so richly deserve.

By working together, these centers can provide a continuum of care that helps people live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
