Overview

There are more than 45 of us who work at Patriot Homecare. More are joining the team every day. We are poised for strong growth and expansion. We are right now going through the transition from a small dedicated core who had fresh ideas and an innovative approach, to a formidable community presence. Patriot Homecare began with only 3 employees. They were of course, Craig, Sean, and Greg. Though we were modest in number, we had a clear plan and an indomitable desire to reach Northeastern Ohio with a fresh and effective approach to in-home healthcare. Our first addition was Susan. It was clear she had the intelligence and values we needed to help us grow. Educated as a Registered Nurse, Susan was our initial full-time field practitioner. Susan set the standard for all of the employees to follow and serves our community to this day. Over the past few years, between 2011-2015, we have fought through major startup challenges. We all have made costly sacrifices. But we knew what we were getting into from the very beginning. Every move we have made has been designed to realize our vision of bringing superior healthcare to those in need. All of our time, talent, and treasure invested in Patriot Homecare has achieved this new level. We have always delivered the best available in-home health care in the region. We have grown so much that we can now reach a record number of our friends and neighbors. Originally, we were authorized to service 5 local counties. About 18 months ago, our responsibility doubled to 10 counties. Our goal is to continue growing while providing the same outstanding level of service, therapy, and care. This standard of excellence has been in place from day one. We are dedicated to upholding that standard. Every home health care agency must acquire a medicare certification through the government.
