Overview

The Nephrology Group, Inc. is Central Californias largest Nephrology Practice. Since founded in 1975, we have grown from one physician to multiple board-certified Nephrologists, Nurse Practitioners, Renal Dietitians, nurse educators and a Social Worker. We provide office and hospital base patient care. Along with a wide range of services that benefit patients and healthcare providers. Such as comprehensive services – onsite lab testing, infusion clinic, dialysis options education, dietician classes, injection clinic, UCSF Transplant Clinic (pre and post) and ultrasound. The Nephrology Group has multiple clinical office locations and serves all adult acute hospitals in the Central Valley and surrounding areas. Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Selma, Sanger, Visalia, Hanford, Tulare, Delano and Bakersfield. In addition, The Nephrology Group physicians manage the majority of dialysis treatments at dialysis centers in the Central Valley. The Nephrology Group is contracted with and accepts an array of insurances such as, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Sante, CCIPA, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Dignity Health, Key Medical and much more. Our physicians have privileges and make rounds at various hospitals in the Central Valley and surrounding areas. Saint Agnes Medical Center, Community Medical Centers, Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital, Kaweah Delta and Bakersfield Memorial to name a few. TNG currently has 11 office locations in Fresno and the surrounding areas, Delano, Bakersfield and Lake Isabella.
