Starting today, Redox support team members will appear as users in your organization’s dashboard when they are assisting you with projects and troubleshooting. This provides greater transparency around data access by helping you identify which of our team members are currently able to view your organization’s PHI at any given time. They will be marked as a Redox Owner to differentiate them from your team’s users. If you ever have questions about why a certain Redoxer is working in your dashboard, your Redox representative can help you out.
