The transaction logs available in your Redox dashboard are designed to provide transparency to make development testing and troubleshooting production errors easier. Over time, a single organization can quickly rack up hundreds of thousands of messages which can begin to limit the effectiveness of these logs.
While looking into options to mitigate any dashboard performance issues, our team identified that more than 95% of the transactions accessed are less than 90 days old. This made it clear that the amount of information we were making available to be accessed in the dashboard was significantly more than what was needed. Starting on Oct 7, dashboard logs will retain transactions for 90 days. This allows Redox to provide a more performant dashboard and increased stability for future features and enhancements.
