As we wrap up a challenging but exciting 2022, we’re pleased to share a handful of new product updates to round out the year. Most notably, the new Monitoring tab in the Redox dashboard allows users to reference existing and past alerts for greater visibility and tracking. We’ll continue to iterate and add to our alerting and monitoring capabilities into the new year, so make sure you’re subscribed to our Changelog to receive a notification when product updates are published.

Recent Releases
New and Improved FHIR API Resources
Multiple new updates and improvements make our FHIR docs easier to read and understand. The docs now allow for one- or two- column views, can pop out examples for closer viewing, show all possible responses for a given call (including error responses), and let you link directly to a specific field within the schema. Take them for a spin!

Alerts History
Launching in early January 2023, Alerts history will be a great way to keep track of existing triggered or resolved alerts that you are already receiving emails for in one convenient place. Easily review any relevant information such as the alert source, type, date, and status. Set up filters to find relevant alerts quickly and take action from the new Monitoring tab.
Additionally, you will see alerts triggered from your connections’ endpoints to support joint troubleshooting. This feature helps you stay organized and on top of all your alert activity, making it easier to identify trends or potential problems. Overall, this is a great addition to monitoring within the dashboard, and it can help you stay one step ahead.
