We are excited to announce the launch of the Redox Dashboard Single Sign-on (SSO) product feature. This highly requested feature enables customers to log in to the Redox dashboard using their existing 3rd party Single Sign-on (SSO) provider (for example, Okta).
What is Single Sign-On and how does it work?
Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits users to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials (e.g., name and password). With SSO, a user from your organization enters their email on the dashboard login page, which then redirects them to your identity provider for authentication. If successfully authenticated, they are redirected back to the dashboard as a logged-in user. Redox has the capability to integrate with industry-standard SAML 2.0 SSO implementations.

What are the benefits of using the Redox Dashboard Single Sign-on (SSO) product feature?
- Increase visibility and control of who has access to Redox with custom authentication policies and easier invite or access revocation
- Validate usernames and passwords with your existing employee database rather than requiring a separate login for Redox
- Give your IT team improved power over who within your company might have access to PHI
