Redox uses Subscriptions to create the connection between you and the healthcare organizations you’re integrating with. One thing that can be challenging as you complete more integrations is being able to easily find information about a specific subscription. Starting on September 23, you will now have the ability to drill in for more details about a specific subscription.
1. Integration Flow: Identify the organizations involved, what data is being exchanged, and the status of the subscription.
2. Source / Destination Toggle: Review details from either side of the connection.
3. Overview: Review details about the Source or Destination including the ID, the Environment Type, and the communication method being used to send data to Redox. For Subscriptions where you are the source, that will always be the Redox Endpoint. When a healthcare organization is the source, you will see MLLP Listener for HL7 and the EHR name for APIs.
