Improved Transparency: View Your Uploaded Files

Troubleshooting problems with your integration can be difficult, especially when exchanging documents with healthcare organizations. To make it easier to troubleshoot problems with document exchange, Redox customers can now view the files they uploaded via our upload API. This allows customers to see exactly what document Redox received to quickly troubleshoot any issues with the document.
To view uploaded files – select a message and expand the Uploaded Files section.
