Introducing full text search

We’re excited to announce one of our most requested enhancements is now available – full text search! You no longer need to submit a Redox support request to search for messages related to a specific patient. You now have the power to run your own query.

This feature allows you to search for specific text across messages and transmissions from the past 7 days. The most common search terms are names, addresses, and numbers (such as MRN). Note that only users that have PHI access will be able to complete search queries. Review the Full Text Search article in the Developer Guide for more information and examples. Happy searching!
