Redox now has a new Provider data model! This new functionality allows us to provide a way for you to stay in sync with the provider directory at your partner healthcare organizations. Currently supported event types ensure that when provider records are created, updated, deactivated or activated that connecting applications receive push notifications. In addition to allowing you to receive this information, you can also indicate whether a provider should be activated or deactivated.
In order for connecting applications to use this new data model the EHR needs to have an MFN HL7v2 feed or a corresponding API available, but keep in mind this data model will continue to evolve in the future! Stay on the lookout for more updates here and on our public Slack channel.
